Preferred Qualification(s): * Internship or business experience building dashboards, reports, or automations. * Familiarity with relational datasets and basic data modeling concepts. * Experience in Trust & Safety, operations analytics, or large-scale operational environment is a plus. * Experience in AI-assisted productivity tools and workflow automation. ## Description The Reports & Insights Team empowers data-driven decision-making within our organization. The Reports & Insights team owns and manages operational metrics and develops robust reporting systems and analytical insights to ensure accuracy, actionability, and timeliness of information.
