This role is critical to realizing deal value - and the person who fills it will be defined by their ability to bring order to complexity, align cross-functional stakeholders, and relentlessly drive workstreams to completion. The ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager who has owned large, multi-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. You instinctively reach for a project plan. You track open items before anyone asks. You know how to run a status meeting that actually moves things forward. Industry background in insurance is a plus, but what sets you apart is your project management craft - the frameworks, the discipline, and the communication skills to integrate an acquired company without losing a single thread.
