 - MUST HAVE Strong experience with Entra/M365 and should have experience in conditional access, CIS/SCuBA compliance, Intune, hybrid join.
 - Extensive experience administering VMware environments, blade systems, and SAN technologies.
 - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and patch management.
 - Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and AWS environments.
 - Experience managing virtual desktop infrastructure and enterprise monitoring platforms.
 - Knowledge of data center operations, infrastructure management, and disaster recovery practices.
 - Experience with configuration management and change control processes.
 - Strong troubleshooting skills across server, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
 - Proficiency with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
