## About the Role

* Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, to share information and support environmental program activities.

 * Collaborate with teams using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint to ensure seamless coordination and documentation.

Desired Qualifications:

 * Minimum of two years of experience using database systems and electronic media for data entry, revision, tracking, and storage, particularly in support of environmental analysis and compliance management.

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

 * Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of personnel.

Additional Requirements:

 * Ability to obtain and maintain qualifications to access and manage information up to and including the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level.

 * Familiarity with U.S. Navy environmental programs and compliance standards is a plus.

## Description

* Upload data and forms into databases, Microsoft TEAMS, and SharePoint.

 * Collect field data, analyze the results, and create or update associated databases.

 * Maintain current and accurate information in environmental databases.

 * Assist in the preparation, review, and revision of Environmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists.

 * Provide support for environmental inspections, including assistance in conducting inspections and tracking the outcomes.

 * Track action items related to environmental planning and oversight of acquisition infrastructure support projects.

 * Monitor corrective actions and resolution of findings identified in internal and external environmental program self-assessments, audits, and inspections.
