## Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office and HR-related functions. This role plays a key part in supporting employees, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with onboarding, training, and payroll processes.
Responsibilities include:

 + Managing customer service orders
 + Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate documentation
 + Supporting onboarding and orientation, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring required paperwork is completed
 + Providing recruitment support and assisting with training initiatives
 + Assisting with payroll processes, including data entry and audits
 + Addressing employee questions and helping resolve workplace concerns
 + General data entry and administrative support
 + Ordering food and assisting with on-site events
 + Attending distribution center functions as needed
