* 8+ years in software/ML engineering, with 3+ in solution architecture
 * Deep knowledge of cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI)
 * Experience designing end-to-end ML pipelines (data * training * deployment * monitoring)
 * Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases)
 * Strong understanding of model serving, scaling, and cost optimization
