Preferred * Experience with enterprise SaaS, platform products, or workflow automation. * Background in engineering, design, or a technical field. * Familiarity with modern product discovery practices and experimentation; prioritization frameworks. * Experience managing multiple product workstreams. Success Metrics * Backlog is always prioritized, refined, and ready for development. * Features ship on time with minimal rework. * UX/UI mockups accelerate alignment and reduce ambiguity. * Engineering teams consistently report clarity and reduced friction. * Founder and leadership see strong alignment between product direction and execution. * Users experience measurable improvements in usability, value, and satisfaction., * Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar: 4 years (Required) ## Description Product Strategy & Discovery * Translate product vision and long term strategy into clear product requirements and feature definitions. * Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and user needs assessment to inform prioritization. * Partner with the Founder to refine product direction and ensure alignment with business goals. * Use AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, Uizard, Galileo AI) to quickly generate UX/UI mockups and conceptual flows. Backlog Ownership & Requirements * Own and maintain the product backlog with clear prioritization based on value, effort, and dependencies. * Break high level requirements into user stories with well defined acceptance criteria. * Ensure backlog items are ready for development through grooming, refinement, and cross functional alignment. * Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and engineering leaders to translate functional requirements into technical requirements without dictating technical design. Delivery & Execution * Act as Scrum Master for the team: run standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. * Ensure development teams have clarity on scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria. * Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate completed functionality before release. * Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure sprint commitments are met. Stakeholder Communication * Develop and present product roadmaps, release plans, and feature updates to leadership, and the stakeholder groups. * Communicate tradeoffs, timelines, and risks with clarity and confidence. * Serve as the primary point of contact for product questions from engineering, design, QA, and leadership.
