* Strong understanding of AI and AI Governance.
 * Academic or practical exposure of AI regulatory frameworks.
 * Previous coursework or projects centered on AI or natural language processing.
 * Basic understanding of data classification and data privacy principles.
 * Excellent verbal, analytical, and written communication skills.
 * Ability to analyze and communicate business needs.
 * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * Ability to problem solve effectively
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) and other computer programs as needed, Some positions may require additional credentials or a background check to verify your identity.

## Description

* Ability to research rapidly evolving AI trends & present finding to team.
 * Monitor industry emerging AI trends and technologies.
 * Identify opportunities to leverage AI technology to enhance business processes.
 * Laise with various program areas to gain a comprehensive understanding of data science solutions.
 * Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and other IT professionals to ensure proper implementation of AI models.
 * Contribute to and participate in state-level AI Pilot programs.
 * Facilitate communication between program areas and AI review teams to ensure timely completion of reviews and accurate documentation.
 * Record and maintain proper documentation on AI processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials.
 * Manage and update the request AI tracker.
 * Maintain custom AI SharePoint site to keep data current and relevant.
 * Adhere to DOH and ITS policies, technical standards and security protocols.

Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be a matriculated undergraduate or graduate college student. Documentation of matriculation and enrollment in the Fall 2026 semester must be submitted with your resume.
