Specific Physical Requirements * Must be able to lift materials weighing up to 40 pounds to and from overhead locations. * Must be able to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs. * Must be able to kneel/bend to retrieve and move materials., * High School diploma or graduation equivalent. * One year of basic allied health, simulation, or relevant experience. * Additional education may substitute for required experience to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula. Preferred Qualifications * EMT, CNA, or other similar allied-health related certification. * CPR certification ## Description We are seeking a Simulation Operations Specialist who is part of the JHMSC team responsible for simulation equipment management and operations of daily simulation functions. The incumbent reports to the Operations Manager and works collaboratively with all members of the Operations team and the JHMSC staff. This role engages with activities related to center management and operations and learning support. To be successful in this position the incumbent will heavily rely on ability to understand and manage technology, be a proactive problem-solver, be detailed oriented, be customer-centered, process and outcomes-oriented, and demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and learn quickly.
