What Will Make You Stand Out * Experience working in Agile software development environments; Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is a plus. * Hands-on experience with the FAST Annuity platform. * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. * Proven success modernizing, automating, or transforming business processes and technology solutions. * Strong understanding of Annuity Operations processes and workflows. * Experience supporting large-scale system implementations, platform migrations, or digital transformation initiatives. ## Description As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role on Pacific Life's Digital Transformation FAST Contract Administration Team, serving as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, leadership, and technology teams. In this role, you will analyze business processes, define requirements, and help guide the successful adoption of our modern contract administration platform. You will provide critical insight into business workflows and operational needs while collaborating across business and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions. As part of a dynamic Agile team of analysts, developers, testers, and business partners, you will help drive the continued evolution of Pacific Life's annuity administration capabilities.
