Onsite or Remote: Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. This position can work 100% remote with occasional onsite visits 1-2 times required throughout the duration of the contract.

Project details include working with the State of Wisconsin, Department of Administration (DOA), Division of Enterprise Technology (DET), Bureau of Security (BOS) to implement the Accelerated Exposure Reduction Plan.

## Description

* Serve as a trusted technical advisor to CISOs, CIOs, or senior executive leaders
 * Mentor, train, and lead technical upskilling of infrastructure and security operations staff
 * Operationalize security controls and governance structures
 * Implement enterprise cyber stack tools and AI security frameworks
 * Architect cloud solutions and integrate DevSecOps practices
 * Work on Flaw Remediation (SI-2) Standard operationalization
 * Integrate AI capabilities and toolchain for automation
 * Develop governance safeguards and escalation automation
 * Collaborate with agency development teams for clean deployment architectures
