Ground Missile Defense (GMD) is the heart of the Missile Defense System and a key element of our nation's defense against ballistic missile attacks. The GMD Weapon System (GWS) processes data from multiple sensors to identify and characterize the inbound ballistic missile threat, plans the best defensive solution, and launches the intercepting missiles to negate the threat. The Work The successful candidate will be performing System Reliability & Maintainability (RAM&T) Engineering Analysis. The candidate will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and verifying subsystem RAM&T performance requirements for all design changes and new development efforts to ensure that RAM&T program requirements are achieved. The primary responsibility of the position will be reliability, maintainability, and testability. The selected candidate will Liaison with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and suppliers for the RAM&T of assigned subsystem.
