What Success Looks Like * Months 1-2: Quickly ramps up on our domain, tools and systems, delivering small, well-tested contributions while learning our standards and best practices. * Month 3: Independently delivers complete features of moderate complexity, collaborating effectively with product and engineering partners from design through deployment.
