The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights, create reports and dashboards, and help drive strategic initiatives., * Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. * Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders at all levels. * Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. 2. Reporting & KPI Development * Develop, track, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with organizational goals. * Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to support ongoing business monitoring. * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting deliverables. 3. Business Partnership & Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business objectives. * Provide analytical leadership and guidance on projects requiring data insights. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reporting and analysis solutions. 4. Data Visualization & Dashboard Design * Lead the design and continuous improvement of dashboards and reporting tools to enhance usability and clarity. * Recommend innovative approaches to visualize data for executive and operational audiences. * Ensure reporting outputs effectively communicate insights and drive action. 5.
