## About the Role

Do you have experience in Spark implementation?, * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field

 * Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering or related roles
 * Strong experience with ETL processes and data migration
 * Proficiency in Java
 * Hands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases
 * Experience using Apache Spark for large-scale data processing
 * Active Top Secret security clearance (required at time of hire)

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience supporting DoD or federal programs
 * Familiarity with large, complex data environments and legacy system modernization

## Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support complex data initiatives, including ETL development, large-scale data migrations, and high-performance data processing in a mission-driven environment. This role will work closely with engineering and analytics teams to design, build, and optimize data pipelines supporting critical systems., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows

 * Lead and support data migration efforts across enterprise systems
 * Develop and optimize data processing solutions using Apache Spark
 * Work with relational databases including Oracle and PostgreSQL
 * Write and maintain backend services and data integrations using Java
 * Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across platforms
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system modernization efforts
 * Troubleshoot, optimize, and document data solutions in secure environments
