This role involves identifying learning needs across the organization, designing holistic learning ecosystems, and aligning training solutions with strategic business objectives. They act as a bridge between business operations, learning strategy, and technology., 1. Training Administration: * Provide administrative support for the training department, including scheduling, reporting, and communication. * Coordinate training sessions, manage training calendars, and track attendance. * Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation. * Communicate with internal teams and external vendors regarding training logistics. * Support onboarding processes by ensuring new hires complete required training. 2.
