We are seeking a dynamic Foil and Embossing Coordinator to orchestrate the workflow and material management within our Foil Department. In this vital role, you will serve as the central bridge between inventory, production, and quality control. You'll ensure that every single job is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest aesthetic standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality and craftsmanship matter, we want to hear from you. Pay: $25.75hr. - $33.25hr. Shift: Wednesday 7am to Saturday 7pm, * Master the Workflow: Coordinate and schedule the daily production flow; proactively order dies and foil for new jobs and reprints to eliminate production delays. * Precision Job Prep: Pull, verify, and file supplies throughout the shift, ensuring the absolute correct die is matched to every job specification. * Bridge the Communication Gap: Collaborate closely with internal and external department supervisors to streamline production schedules and uphold rigid quality standards. * Maintain Material Control: Oversee general department upkeep, including the secure destruction and proper disposal of obsolete materials. * Champion Safety: Adhere to and actively promote all company safety policies, hazard protocols, and compliance procedures. * Support the Team: Maintain a flexible, "team-first" attitude by tackling other duties and special projects as assigned.
