Entry-Level Desktop Support Technician *Location:* Lihue, Kauai (On-Site)
About the Role We are looking for an Entry-Level Desktop Support Technician to help support computer equipment at a hospital in Lihue. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in IT and gain hands-on experience.
Responsibilities

 * Set up new computers and monitors
 * Replace old computers with new equipment
 * Assist users with basic computer issues
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
 * Install and update software
 * Help with password resets and basic account support
 * Move and connect computer equipment as needed
 * Provide friendly customer service to hospital staff
 * Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned
