## About the Role

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * Hands-on experience with Avatar (Netsmart) EHR billing and fiscal modules, including healthcare or behavioral health revenue cycle management

 * Experience with Medicaid, CCBHC, OASAS, or other behavioral health billing and compliance environments
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a high degree of accuracy in financial data handling
 * Familiarity with fiscal reporting in nonprofit or government-funded organizations and EHR-to-billing system integrations
 * Salesforce experience preferred

## Description

* Manage Avatar EHR billing workflows, payer setups, fee schedules, and billing-related user access.
 * Support claims processing, denial management, remittance reconciliation, and resolution of billing system issues.
 * Partner with finance staff to ensure billing accuracy, revenue integrity, and timely resolution of payer and vendor issues.
 * Maintain billing documentation, SOPs, fiscal reporting support, and compliance readiness.
 * Support system audits, internal training, and ongoing billing configuration updates.
