## About the Role

* 5-8 years of experience in Product Ownership / Business Analysis roles.

 * Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

 * Expertise in backlog management and requirement gathering.

 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

 * Preferred Skills:

 * Experience in Healthcare domain (preferred).

 * Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence.

 * Certification such as CSPO / SAFe PO is a plus.

 * Understanding of UX principles and customer journeys.

## Description

UST is searching for a skilled Product Owner to define product requirements, manage the product backlog, and ensure successful delivery of business value. The role acts as a key interface between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment of product outcomes with business objectives and customer needs.

The opportunity:

 * Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business goals.

 * Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

 * Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

 * Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

 * Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

 * Ensure clarity of requirements and remove blockers for the development team.

 * Monitor product progress, KPIs, and delivery outcomes.

 * Support release planning and execution.

 * Ensure continuous communication between business and technical teams.
