We're seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development of next-generation Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications that transform how clinicians manage patient workflows. This is a unique opportunity to build new cloud-native capabilities for our Gen2 platform, driving strategic initiatives that will shape Oracle Health's Acute Care portfolio for years to come. This is a highly technical leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams as much as building software. During the early stages, you'll remain hands-on with the architecture and codebase to establish technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure strong engineering fundamentals. As the organization scales, you'll evolve into a strategic engineering leader while continuing to influence architecture, technical decisions, and engineering excellence.
