## About the Role

* 5-7 years experience of firmware development.
 * Prior work experience in developing firmware for system management controllers required, particular interest in candidates with experience in IPMI, DCMI and SMASH standards.
 * Experience in performing integration with platform, BIOS and OS components.
 * Experience in developing in embedded Linux OS, FreeRTOS experience will be considered over others.
 * Programming skills with C and assembly.
 * Ability to work with hardware debugging tools such as JTAG, I2C bus analyzers and scope is preferred.
 * Demonstrable debugging skills.
 * Experience in working on Agile and milestone driven product development.
 * Experience in source control and build management, preferred.

## Description

* Duties include architecting, developing, and verifying manageability firmware running in an embedded RTOS, for use in dense server platforms.
 * The manageability firmware will be productized in reference designs as well as ODM designs and will be utilized by internal debug teams, validation teams, and customer teams.
 * Strong contenders will combine technical prowess with vision regarding manageability to maximize scalability across platforms and lessen time to market.
 * Programming in C and assembly.
