You will be working closely with LLM technologies in your day to day work. You will be successfully setting up the architecture foundation for the next phase of the product and beyond. A commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements. Creating a reliable, scalable, and high-performance service requires exceptional technical expertise, a sound understanding of the fundamentals of Computer Science, and practical experience building large-scale distributed systems. You should enjoy working on complex system software, is customer-centric, and feels strongly about building good software as well as making that software achieve its operational goals. A day in the life Most of your day is writing code, running tests, and iterating. When you hit a design decision, you write a short doc or sync with a teammate to align before going deeper. You review pull requests from others and get yours reviewed too. You push changes, monitor deployments, and fix anything that breaks. Some days you join a quick sync with a product partner to clarify what needs to be built. You translate that into a technical plan and get back to coding. About the team Our team owns multiple micro services and Language models responsible for finding the correct contacts and channel for establishing communication. Typical team structure involves Sr.SDEs, SDE2s and SDE1s.
