Skills and preferred qualifications * Strong ability to synthesize user research, product requirements, and technical constraints into clear design solutions * Ability to communicate, articulate your design decisions, advocate for the users in prioritization conversations, and consider feedback from product managers, engineers, and other designers. * Expertise designing rich interactive applications for web and/or desktop. * Adept with tools like Figma (preferred) or Adobe Creative Suite. Are you ready to explore your next career move with us? ## Description As a Senior Product Designer on PLM Solutions Design team, you will lead end-to-end design for critical areas of Windchill, shaping both the user experience and the direction of the product. You'll work closely with Product Management and Engineering to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a highly complex domain. You will work closely with other designers on the team and beyond to contribute to the evolution of our design system and help establish patterns and best practices that scale across teams and products.
