The incumbent maintains tools and/or databases ensuring that they are kept up to date using data from various PG&E systems. Develops, maintains and enhances operational metric database tools for the broader analytics team(s). The Analyst identifies and solves current gaps in data requirements and ease of access to ensure fast and consistent responses to leadership inquiries., * Manage data analysis projects with limited supervision from initial request to presenting data results ensuring that the project is completed within budget and on time. * Applies technical expertise in the areas of statistics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data visualization and data management to make recommendations on process related solutions. * Develops solutions that provide data for process measurement, business operations or risk assessment. * Work with internal customers to process data, analyze data and report findings. Creates automated data routines and processes for reporting and data delivery ensuring accurate data manipulation and data cleansing. * Manages standard data extracts and list pulls ensuring accurate data. Transfers the data from databases to various analysts to support operational analysis efforts. * Demonstrates understanding of data processing and analysis techniques.
