Duties will also include communications with multiple FAC engineering groups to resolve technical Field Failure and Service issues. The Senior Technical Specialist will have the experience of managing and coordinate activities related to field rework programs. The Senior Technical Specialist will provide advanced technical support to Field Service Engineers as an escalation resource and provide the interface to other engineering groups as required. The Senior Technical Specialist takes on a leadership role supporting multiple service resources and customers.
