## About the Role

+ 5+ years of experience working on the front end building intuitive UIs with TypeScript/Javascript.

 + A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, similar field of study or equivalent work experience

 + Ability to work in a fast paced environment using agile methodologies

 + An understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms, as well as CI, CD and unit testing

 + A strong sense of ownership and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive projects and initiatives.

 + An open mind to new technologies and practices

We'd Love to See:

 + Experience building user-facing trading or financial applications

 + Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks

 + Experience contributing to shared platforms, component libraries, or workflow-driven systems

 + Good understanding of Test Driven Development

 + Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders and evolving requirements

 + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
