CERTIFICATION(S) REQUIRED: * LICENSURE(S) REQUIRED: CPA * 10+ years of professional experience in public accounting or related field, with 3 or more years of supervisory experience. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. * Superior analytical and diagnostic skills. * Ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with a focus on details and accuracy. * Adaptability to rapidly changing environments. * Solid organizational skills and ability to meet project deadlines. * Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Team player capable of effectively delegating work assignments. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. * Comfortable in a hybrid work environment. * Significant accounting advisory client service experience, recent executive-level corporate finance experience, and knowledge of accounting rules and regulatory frameworks., Candidates must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States. The role includes tracking progress and risks on delivering timely services, demonstrating good business judgment, strategic thinking, and providing leadership presence. The Senior Manager will articulate complex accounting issues to diverse audiences and offer practical advice for decision-making. The position is responsible for generating recurring business through technical excellence and meeting deadlines and objectives., * Provides leadership to team including coaching, mentoring and professional development or oversight to a department.
