Preferred Certifications * Federal & Security: CISSP and CCSP. * Domain-Specific: Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect or SolarWinds Certified Professional. * Architecture/Management: Azure or AWS Solutions Architect Expert. Technical Skills * Expertise in Splunk, New Relic, SolarWinds, and AppDynamics. * Advanced query languages: SPL (Splunk), KQL (Kusto), SQL. * Deep expertise in OpenTelemetry (OTel) and cloud-native observability. * Knowledge of custom API integrations for federated monitoring views. Regulatory & Domain Expertise * Demonstrated expertise in applying FedRAMP High and NIST 800-53 Rev 5 monitoring controls. * Technical implementation of continuous monitoring under the DHS CDM (Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation) program. * Experience with monitoring in classified (SIPR/JWICS) environments.
