Serve as primary technical liaison with client IT, build repeatable implementation playbooks, coordinate cross-functionally with Product/Engineering/Commercial/Data teams, and report implementation health to senior leadership. The Manager, Phare OS Implementation leads day-to-day execution of client data onboarding, technical implementation, and early stabilization for Phare OS solutions. This role is initially focused on Phare Audit - our gateway product - with expansion across the full Phare OS suite as the portfolio grows. You will operate as the connective tissue between clients, product, engineering, commercial, and data teams to deliver high-quality, repeatable implementations at scale.
