## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience supporting Engineering Change Management, Configuration Management, Product Data Management, or a similar engineering support function
 * Strong understanding of Bills of Material (BOMs), engineering documentation, and product lifecycle management
 * Experience administering engineering changes within ERP and PLM systems
 * Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
 * Ability to coordinate multiple engineering projects simultaneously
 * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice-to-Haves as the Engineering Change Analyst:

 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline
 * Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience
 * Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) administration experience
 * Working knowledge of SolidWorks, including minor drawing revisions
 * Experience developing engineering change metrics and reporting
 * Manufacturing or engineered product experience

## Description

* Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), deviations, and stop-ship activities from initiation through implementation
 * Coordinate cross-functional engineering change meetings and drive projects to completion
 * Review and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs), engineering drawings, and product documentation for accuracy and release readiness
 * Evaluate engineering changes for impact to product configurations, product structures, and manufacturing processes
 * Maintain engineering documentation within PLM and ERP systems
 * Track engineering change metrics and generate reporting to support business decisions
 * Improve configuration management processes and engineering documentation standards
 * Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Service, and Sales to ensure successful implementation of product changes
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering data integrity and operational efficiency
