## Description

Performance & Responsibilities - The duties of the Helpdesk Secretary will include, but are not limited to the following:

 * Answering phone calls to the IT Helpdesk
 * Assisting Students and Parents by phone
 * Creating and assigning tickets to IT support personnel around the district
 * Getting estimates from vendors and assisting with procurement
 * Maintaining IT asset inventories
 * Perform other job related duties as assigned by the Technology Director
