You'll partner with cross-functional leadership to execute strategic initiatives that reduce repair times, increase throughput, and strengthen relationships across PACCAR Parts, Peterbilt, Kenworth, and their dealer networks-all while delivering exceptional support to PACCAR dealer technicians. Success in this position requires strong technical knowledge, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your leadership directly impacts customer success.
