* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and working with multiple spreadsheets.

## Description

Data Operation Specialist - Insurance Operations (Hybrid) Location: Bethlehem, PA (Hybrid - 1 day onsite, 4 days remote)
Duration: Approximately 4-month contract with potential for direct hire opportunities based on business needs and performance. Position Overview Join a collaborative Group Underwriting team supporting the preparation of insurance quotes during the annual peak season. This role focuses on reviewing eligibility files, validating data, and preparing accurate Excel spreadsheets that support the underwriting process. Key Responsibilities

 * Review eligibility files and supporting documentation.
 * Extract and validate employee data from PDF documents and enter it into Excel spreadsheets.
 * Identify missing or incomplete information and communicate with internal partners via Microsoft Teams or email.
 * Maintain accuracy while meeting daily productivity and quality goals.
 * Follow established processes and underwriting guidelines.
