## About the Role

* The primary technical requirement is strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, AG Grid, and Highcharts, with experience in Kafka and Azure. Beyond technical skills,
 * we're looking for engineers who can quickly integrate with an existing team, understand the business and technical landscape, and contribute value immediately.
 * Strong hands-on development experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server Deep expertise in Angular (v12+), including component-based architecture, state management, performance optimization, and responsive UI development
 * Extensive experience building enterprise-grade data-intensive applications using AG Grid, including custom cell renderers, advanced filtering, sorting, grouping, pivoting, and performance tuning
 * Strong experience with Highcharts for creating interactive dashboards, data visualizations, drill-down reports, and custom chart implementations Experience with Kafka, event-driven architectures, and message-based integration patterns
 * Experience working with Azure cloud services and modern cloud-native application architectures Ability to quickly learn and become productive in new domains and systems Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
 * Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently driving solutions to completion Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools, code-generation platforms, or agentic coding frameworks to improve engineering productivity (preferred)
 * Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, accountability, and a continuous learning mindset Strong collaboration, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills Ability to rapidly understand and contribute within an existing architecture, codebase, and development processes
 * Experience working in embedded delivery models alongside established engineering teams Proven ability to deliver business value quickly while maintaining high-quality coding standards, scalability, security, and sound engineering practices, Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
