Akkodis is seeking a Senior Back-end Software Developer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate with experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable cloud-native APIs, microservices, and backend services to deliver reliable enterprise applications., Design, develop, and maintain backend applications, APIs, and microservices using Python, Java, and cloud-native technologies.
Build and support scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Build, and Cloud Logging.
Develop and manage REST and gRPC APIs, ensuring performance, security, version control, and seamless integration with enterprise applications.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, front-end developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, and automated testing practices to improve application quality and operational efficiency.
Optimize backend infrastructure, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance application reliability, security, and performance across cloud environments.
