This is a hands-on engineering role that requires strong troubleshooting skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to balance performance, availability, and security requirements., * 3+ years of experience supporting Akamai technologies in a production enterprise environment. * Hands-on experience with: * + Akamai CDN + Akamai Property Manager + Akamai Edge DNS + Traffic optimization and routing + Content caching strategies + Web performance tuning * Strong understanding of: * + HTTP/HTTPS + DNS + TLS/SSL certificates + Content Delivery Networks + Load balancing concepts + Web application architecture * Experience troubleshooting website availability, latency, and content delivery issues. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. * Akamai certifications strongly preferred.
