You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, development teams, architects, and quality engineering professionals to drive automation excellence. In This Role, You Will: * Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust UI and API test automation solutions. * Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using industry best practices. * Provide guidance and mentor junior team members. * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality testing solutions. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and automation best practices. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and testing challenges in a timely manner. * Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging emerging technologies, including Generative AI solutions. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, automation standards, and reusable test assets. * Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support successful project delivery and quality outcomes.
