## About the Role

+ 4 plus years of Workday integration experience.

 + 2+ years of experience serving as a Workday Integration Lead,

 + Hands-on experience with Workday Studio/Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Workday Report Writer.

 + Preferred but not required: Higher Education or Healthcare implementation experience, preferably supporting hospital or health system clients

 + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience explaining technical solutions to client stakeholders

 + Experience working within an offshore / global delivery model, coordinating with onshore and offshore resources

 + Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed

 + Experience supporting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementations
