The EE&S Team has begun to expand its coverage of the FSA Implementation workstreams.With the ability to OTA SW to more Vehicles, EE&S has the opportunity to save the Ford Motor corporation millions annually.With this increased opportunity we are more focused than ever to streamline our FSA SW delivery capabilities. In this role you'll play a key role in helping to deliver a step-function change in our SW deployment timing. The team is in need of a self-motivated "go-getter" who is ready to hit the ground running. This individual will work directly with the PD engineering and FCSD teams to understand and deliver service timing for critical SW. What you'll do... * Apply engineering principles and analytical techniques to drive continuous improvement in FSA SW deployment process. * Play an integral part in the FSA SW deployment process by establishing and monitoring timing target levels at each of the milestone phases to validate sw readiness. * Manage and direct FSAPM Jira activities to ensure robust service timing plans as well and minimize Jira hygiene errors/concerns. * Function as the leader and subject matter expert for EE&S Global FSAs.
