Ability to obtain an Secret DoD Secret security clearance prior to starting this position
Proven experience leading Cyber teams
Proven experience in effective communications with internal and external customers
Desired Skills:
Compliance with 8140/8570 certification requirements such as CISSP
Prior experience with COTS Software and Software Assurance
Experience with the Aegis Weapons System
Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
Cost accounting and cost estimation experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration., Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. ## Description

As the Cyber Software Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading cyber software engineering efforts within the overall RMS Cyber Resiliency portfolio. This includes definition and development of Cyber Software solutions, Software Assurance of developed capabilities, and partnering with product and software engineering teams.

This position leads and mentors a group of cyber software engineers. This position requires frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include oversight of cost accounting, performing cost estimations, team performance management, product strategy, and staffing.
