## About the Role

* Bachelor Degree in Technical discipline or equivalent and 4-10 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience
 * Experience in a requirements development tool such as DOORs, Jama
 * Experience in SysML modeling tool such as Cameo, MagicDraw

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

 * Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
 * Subject matter expertise in one or more of the domain or technology related to engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems.
 * Product development experience including requirement analysis, architecture, system design, integration and test.
 * Team Leadership experience including project technical leadership and/or Systems functional leadership.
 * Experience with engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems.
 * Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions.
 * Experience with Integration and Test.
