Essential Functions

 * Designs/develops software solutions and business process solutions based on business needs and requirements using specialized domain knowledge and developed business expertise.
 * Works at all layers of the application stack including front-end user interface and backend development.
 * Analyzes and evaluates code issues and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision.
 * Leads projects and programs within own organization with moderate complexity and scope.
 * Focuses on software quality standards for all aspects of work; establishes advanced software test standards and methods and conducts complex software tests.
 * Performs code reviews and optimization of existing queries.
 * May assist in on-boarding new Software Engineers to the team
