 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
 * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user access issues
 * Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft applications
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to provide in-person support

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Experience supporting iOS devices
 * Experience with Zoom support
 * Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude

## Description

A healthcare-focused investment organization in Waltham, MA is looking to add an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to their team. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with a possibility of extension or conversion. The role will focus on hands-on end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Zoom, iOS support, and providing Level 1/2 technical assistance in an onsite environment.
