Work with developers/IT to implement or configure a COTS solution (e.g., Space Management system, SharePoint/PowerApps, ServiceNow CMDB, GIS, Facility Management System) or a custom app. * Integration & automation: design integrations/APIs to keep the inventory up to date with authoritative systems (BIM, CAFM, AD, calendaring systems). * UX & publishing: ensure photos and floorplan imagery are organized and presented; define user roles and access controls; publish and train users. * Project management & reporting: create a delivery plan, milestones, budget estimates, and status reports.
