As an IT Director, Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic technology leader and trusted advisor to divisional executive leadership, partnering with VP/GMs and senior functional leaders to shape business strategy and accelerate growth through technology-enabled capabilities. You will drive alignment between business priorities and technology investments, ensuring delivery of solutions that enhance revenue growth, operational excellence, productivity, and customer value. Working across Divisional, Group, and Corporate IT organizations, you will influence technology strategy, investment decisions, and portfolio priorities while fostering strong partnerships that enable business success.
