Lead, develop, and grow a high-performance, multi-function team to take the business forward and demonstrate superior leadership in line with the PayPal values. Build scalable software systems leveraging AI/ML technologies, lead technical discussions, participate in code reviews, and guide the team in engineering best practices. Write quality code and build secure, highly available software systems. Provide technical leadership and contribute to the definition, development, integration, testing, documentation, and support across multiple technical platforms (Full stack, PySpark, Cloud, GCP, SAP, AI/ML frameworks). Establish a consistent software development project management framework and development processes to deliver high-quality software applications, in rapid iterations, for business partners in multiple geographies.
