## About the Role

* 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
 * 3+ years supporting enterprise HR, ITSM, HRSD, or Employee Experience implementations
 * Strong experience with Prosci ADKAR or similar change methodology
 * Experience driving adoption of AI, self-service, chatbot, conversational AI, or automation platforms
 * Hands-on experience creating communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness plans
 * Experience with ServiceNow, Moveworks, Aisera, or similar platforms
 * Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Experience supporting large enterprise or retail organizations is preferred

Preferred:

 * Prosci/ACMP Certification
 * Salesforce Marketing Cloud
 * SharePoint
 * HR Operations / HR Service Delivery
 * Retail or Consumer Goods domain

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) for a large-scale AI-powered HR Service Delivery transformation. This role will drive end-to-end change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption for the implementation of Moveworks as the enterprise AI assistant across HRSD and ITSM.
