This role is part of a team entrusted with protecting the customer's connected vehicle experience. The position focuses on ensuring exceptional performance and experiences when using vehicle-connected services. In a fast-paced and growing AI environment, this role fosters innovation, leverages data analytics, and values attention to detail and proactive problem-solving to continuously improve services., * Perform metric review and impact analysis.

 * Utilize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methods to derive insights.
 * Conduct extensive data analytics on big data and cloud platforms using big data methodologies.
 * Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
 * Handle bug and incident creation and tracking.
 * Provide technical triage support.
 * Conduct ad hoc investigations.
 * Gather requirements for new features and improvements.
 * Work with application subject matter experts and product teams to support digital customer experiences.
 * Identify issues, recommend solutions, and escalate when appropriate.
