Hunt Transport Services, Inc. - **Location:** Lowell, AR, United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Databases, Diagnostic Tools - **Published:** July 10, 2026 - **Apply:** https://dejobs.org/x/x/E155893C3DB5401CBD136980762975E1/job/ ## About the Role * High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 3-5 years of related experience and/or training in electronic engine, transmission or reefer repairs; Willingness to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends, * 5 years of experience and/or training in heavy tractor and/or automotive repairs * Proficient communication skills (written and verbal) effectively * Ability to document information and make quick decisions * Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work both individually and as a team * Proficient computer skills * Experience in truck/automotive industry * Extensive experience in electronic engine, transmission and reefer repairs * Fluent in diagnostic software * Proficient Organization skills * Proficient time management skills * Ability to work with under minimal direction * Travel up to 20%, GED (Required), High School (Required) Work Experience: Maintenance, Technical Writing, Transportation/Logistics ## Description Under general supervision, this position will create, test, adjust, and update technical documents, literature, and videos to support field technicians with maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of all J.B. Hunt equipment. The incumbent also provides assistance to technicians when technical issues arise. Acts as a subject matter expert in all areas of tractor and trailer maintenance and repair and may act as a mentor to junior staff. Typically engaged in specialty projects.
